hour service call.
- After the first hour, we bill in half hour increments
at $62.50.
- “Rates after hours (after 7:00pm – 7:00am)
and on weekends are billed at time + 1/2 (187.50).
- You are billed for the time our technician is at your
location, and not for travel time unless your location is over 50 miles
from our location in which case the charge is $25 and $25 for each additional
50 miles thereafter.
- Computer Repair Phone Tech Support - after 10 mins,
the hourly rate will be charged.
- Holidays are double the normal hourly rate: Christmas,
New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter.
