Computer Repair Rates:
Our rates are competitive but vary depending
on your location and the problem. You are billed for the time our technician
is at your location, and not for travel time unless over 50 miles from our
location in which case the charge is $25 and $25 for each additiona 50 miles
thereafter.
Availability & Location:
We are available 24 hours a day and 365 days per year. Often we can help you immediately but we can also schedule appointments. We travel anywhere in the Scottsdale and Phoenix metro area. Remember, if you're located outside our area beyond 50 miles, the charge is $25 extra and $25 for each additional.
Training:
Training has always been a favorite for us and our customers. It is fun to see people go from never having a PC to sending pictures via email and posting specials on ebay. If you have always been one of those people who knows "just enough to be dangerous" then training is something to consider.
What we teach in our tutoring sessions? We teach people to use Word, Outlook, The Internet, CD-Burners, Burning Music, iPOD, Digital Cameras, Webcams, Scanners, E-bay, AOL, Adobe Photoshop and most Windows applications. If you already have an idea of what you would like to learn, just let us know. Even if your are unsure of where to start, we can direct your learning and help you to get more out of your computer.
The best part of onsite tutoring is that we come to your home or business. You get to learn about YOUR computer and your setup specifically. We go step-by-step through the hard parts. You will have the hands on help and attention that is hard to get in a classroom setting. And we will teach you only what you want to learn.
